19,293 genes total 14,351 assigned to a community (74.4%) 383 communities modularity Q = 0.693

How to read this. Each dot is a community of tightly-connected genes; the label is the community's highest-degree member. Color marks the community's primary subcellular compartment (legend below). Edges are the top-3 strongest inter-community partner connections. Click a community to focus it; click empty space to reset.

Literature-only. This map is built purely from partners Opus cited in each gene's mechanism_profile plus shared complex memberships from the same pass — nothing else. It is not an interactome and does not reflect physical binding, structural interaction domains, STRING, BioGRID, or any external network database. Two communities sit close together because the literature corpus mentions their genes together, not because their proteins necessarily touch.

Edges are the union of partner mentions Opus extracted in each gene's mechanism_profile and shared complex membership materialized as a clique. Source: scripts/build_clusters.py. Map shows 371 of 383 communities; 12 fully-isolated micro-communities are skipped because they have zero inter-cluster partner traffic.
