complex memberships from the same pass — nothing else. It is not
an interactome and does not reflect physical binding,
structural interaction domains, STRING, BioGRID, or any external network
database. Two communities sit close together because the literature
corpus mentions their genes together, not because their proteins
necessarily touch.
